Techno Coatings Inc. announces it's New Foreman of the Month program to show appreciation and a job well done to one of our Foreman monthly.  Our program started this year on January 1, 2007 and will run one year ending February 1, 2008.  We will have a Foreman Appreciation and Awards Dinner in March 2008, also celebrating Techno's 34th year in business!!!!

Our Monthly winners receive cash bonuses and at the end of the year we will give out the top 5 prizes also comprised of cash.  

Our monthly winners are rated on safety, performance, documentation and overall job success.  Our Foreman are extremely important to each and every job we complete.  We look forward to a successful first year with our Foreman of the Month program and many more to come.
